JLL is a global leader in real estate and investment management services. We're seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to join our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line.

About the Role

As a Facilities Administrator, you'll provide administrative support to the operations team, ensuring client satisfaction through excellent facilities management and workplace engagement activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting facilities management operations audits
  • Managing vendors and ensuring timely delivery of services
  • Processing vendor invoices and updating the invoice tracker
  • Assisting with onsite events and coordinating logistics
  • Managing faults and queries raised through the helpdesk
  • Liaising with the landlord on matters relating to the premises

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Facilities, or a related field
  • Prior experience in Finance, Hospitality, Property Management, or Facilities Management
