Healthcare Support Role

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at the North Shore Health Hub in Sydney.

This role will provide exceptional support to patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring efficient communication and data management.

About the Position:
  • The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage patient appointments, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including document scanning, and billing/receipting of accounts.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, including Specialists, Nurses, Physiologists, and peers.
Key Requirements:
  • Exceptional phone manner and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and complete tasks within tight time frames.
  • Superior customer service and exceptional communication skills.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts across sites.
