In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly and professional assistance to patients and their families
  • Maintaining accurate and timely patient information data collection and processing of medical records
  • Undertaking general administration duties, such as liaising with other areas of the hospital and arranging patient transport
  • Managing patient electronic records and ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of patient information

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in an acute patient-focused healthcare facility or hospital
  • Highly developed interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary environments
  • Good computer literacy and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • A track record of providing great service and customer experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication and report writing skills
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
