Job Title: Office and Sales Support Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an Office and Sales Support Administrator to work at a chemical/oil manufacturer. You will have experience in a customer service or sales support role, and will be available to work 3 days/week (7am - 3pm).
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange travel plans for managers and employees, including flights, car rentals, hotel accommodation
- Greet visitors, contractors, truck drivers at the door, direct them to the relevant person(s)
- Routine check on office, amenities supplies and arrange to top up if required
- Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) using SAP, as per request of the Operations Leader, Supply Chain Supervisor or delegate
- Follow up on finance requests promptly such as modifications to invoices before payment processing
- Compile the monthly accrual invoices at the start of each month, as well as monthly reports
We are looking for someone who is currently undertaking a degree in science, marketing, and/or sales would be advantageous, but not essential. General administration experience - good computer and data entry skills.
Excellent verbal skills and ability to build rapport over the phone. Well organised with paperwork and time management. Motivated, confident, driven to succeed with a positive attitude.
