**Job Description:**

As a seasoned professional in digital engineering, you will lead and oversee the implementation of system improvements to drive innovation and excellence. You will be responsible for developing a Digital Engineering business plan for our Urban ANZ business, overseeing the development of initiatives, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of digital engineering trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic leadership of digital engineering initiatives across the Urban ANZ business.
  • Maintaining digital systems to ensure cost-effective project delivery and minimize downtime for technical staff.
  • Overseeing system improvement and development initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with leaders and digital champions to drive digital transformation.
  • Implementing processes to ensure seamless CAD and design setups on new and changeover laptops.
  • Identifying digital engineering training gaps and needs across the Urban ANZ business.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering or design (essential).
  • 10-15+ years industry experience, with a background in digital engineering.
  • Design experience in urban development and civil engineering projects (preferred).
  • Proficiency in 12D, AutoCAD, Vault, and ArcGIS software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant industry standards.
