Product Management Excellence Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced product manager to lead our payment product management practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the products and customers within their portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop solutions to customer problems and manage product roadmaps or strategies to deliver core product management responsibilities.
- Lead the development of networks across Xero to frame how products fit into Xero's strategy, objectives and future.
- Collaborate with Portfolio leadership team on product delivery and strategy.
- Demonstrated experience with high pressure, global growth expectations and addressing customer needs through innovative technology use.
- Attributes and motivations developing standards in product practice thought leadership, mentoring, coaching, defining product roadmaps and long term planning at a Portfolio level.
