Occupational Therapist Position

About the Role:
Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join our team in North Brisbane. This role offers a diverse caseload of both paediatric and adult clients, making it an exciting opportunity for a clinician who enjoys variety and professional growth.
As part of our team, you will provide occupational therapy services for clients aged 15 and above, offering community-based service delivery and working from the office. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to other clinicians, supporting their development in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality clinical assessments and treatment plans for a diverse caseload of paediatric and adult clients.
- Provide occupational therapy services in a community-based setting and from the office.
- Offer clinical supervision and guidance to other clinicians, particularly those working with paediatric clients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent client care.
- Support clients in achieving functional independence and promoting wellbeing.
About You:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA.
- Experience working with paediatric clients and a willingness to work across diverse age groups.
- Committed to providing person-centred care and tailoring interventions to meet individual needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience in providing clinical supervision is highly desirable but not essential.
