**About the Role**

We're seeking an individual to fill a Casual Retail Assistant position in our Cheese Shop overlooking the beautiful Yarra Valley. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors.

We pride ourselves on our fantastic team culture and close-knit family business, driven by quality. You'll have access to generous cheese allowances across our range for personal enjoyment and receive training in required areas.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be available during the week and weekend, with flexibility for public holidays when needed. Teamwork and communication skills are essential, as is having a driver's license and own transportation. Attention to detail and a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate are also highly valued.

While prior retail and customer service experience is not essential, it's certainly appreciated and will give you a head start in this role.
