Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Cultural Ambassador to join our team. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with our core values.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead by example, embodying our company's culture and values in all interactions.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Foster open communication channels, ensuring that every employee feels heard and valued.
  • Collaborate with department managers to address concerns, develop action plans, and support matters involving underperformance or misconduct.
