Job Role: People & Culture Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and sense of belonging.
  2. Coordinate and continuously improve onboarding, offboarding, and milestone experiences for all employees.
  3. Partner with Director People & Culture to track and act on feedback from engagement surveys and regular check-ins.
  4. Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and line managers on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Support and guide Line Managers through performance management, employee relations, and case management.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create consistent, high-quality people experiences aligned with our values and culture.
  7. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with legal and organisational requirements.
  8. Assist with policy rollout, internal campaigns, and continuous improvement of people-related processes.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar, ideally in a fast-paced or values-led environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and people operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
