The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the D365 platform and be able to leverage their expertise to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement technology solutions that align with the company's overall strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of D365 systems with other retail operations.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement architecture standards for enterprise class CRM and/or large-scale integration projects.
- Evaluate current systems and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure data privacy laws, security best practices, and industry rules are followed.
- Assist in planning and supporting backup and recovery strategies for D365 systems.
- 5+ years of experience as a solution architect with a focus on corporate systems including CRM/ERP.
- Proven track record of leading architectural design for complex enterprise IT service delivery environments.
- Knowledge and experience with Dynamics MPOS functional areas, ideally including ERP, Modern POS, Retail, and Finance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively advocate on behalf of customers.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, including automation and orchestration.
