We're seeking a senior Microsoft D365 Functional Consultant to take full ownership of ERP implementation projects. You'll translate real-world business requirements into practical, system-aligned outcomes, while guiding clients away from unnecessary customisation and integrations. This is a hands-on leadership role, with a pathway to Solution Architect based on performance and delivery impact.

You can be based anywhere in Australia with a willingness to travel.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, from discovery through go-live

• Map business processes to native D365 functionality, encouraging scalable best-practice design

• Create and manage comprehensive implementation artefacts, including process flows, functional specs, test scripts, and training plans

• Own delivery execution with the support of a dedicated Project Manager and Technical Manager

• Operate in a nimble local unit with a startup mindset, while leveraging support from a globally resourced team

• Work closely with our proprietary HomebuilderONE solution to deliver targeted outcomes in residential construction

What You'll Need:

• Proven success as a D365 Functional Consultant, with end-to-end ownership of ERP project delivery

• Expertise in Job Cost Accounting, especially within project-driven or field-based industries

• Practical experience across Project Management Accounting (PMA), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Field Service modules

• Commercial fluency, you understand the business models we serve and can relate confidently to their operating realities

• Outstanding communication skills that build trust with C-suite executives and collaborate effectively with front-line users

• High proficiency in spoken and written English to ensure clear communication across diverse stakeholder groups

• A proactive, sleeves-up approach, progression to Solution Architect will be earned through leadership and delivery excellence
