As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers. Your primary focus will be on Citrix environments, ensuring they are properly configured and functioning within contracted time frames and service level agreements.

The role involves remote support and occasional onsite visits, as well as participation in an on-call roster for after-hours support. You will also be responsible for requirements gathering and working on projects related to Citrix and NetScaler technologies.

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services for Citrix environments
  • Ensure that all systems are properly configured and functioning within agreed service levels
  • Participate in on-call rosters for after-hours support
  • Requirements gathering and project work related to Citrix and NetScaler technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

">
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Senior System Engineer with expertise in Citrix and NetScaler technologies
  • Experience supporting Windows Server, infrastructure applications, and cloud technologies
  • Citrix DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops Administration and configuration
  • Citrix NetScaler Administration and configuration
  • User profile management via UPM, FSLogix, and Ivanti DesktopNow
  • Windows Server Systems Administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Patch Management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server technology products
  • Experience with public cloud environments (Azure and AWS)
  • Managing virtual environments using VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Backup and disaster recovery methodologies using tools such as Veeam, NetBackup and CommVault
