Job Summary:

Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team in the Central Northern Territory region. As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our client's site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Travel Arrangements: Ensure seamless travel arrangements, lodging, training sessions, and induction programs for all candidates before mobilization.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and Maintain Records: Accurately prepare and keep precise records and correspondence, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Generate Reports: Develop and maintain reports to oversee and maintain compliance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Roster Management: Efficiently manage rosters, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimizing downtime.
  • Liaise with Labour Hire Companies: Establish and maintain strong relationships with labour hire companies, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including payment portals and processing purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all administrative functions are performed to the highest standards, maintaining a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration, preferably in the mining or resources/construction industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with experience in INX Workflow, SAP, and Coupa an advantage.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Driving License: Current C-class driving license.

This role includes FIFO arrangements from Darwin and involves reporting to the Project Superintendent.
