About the Role
  • Build relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities through networking, cold calling, and business development.
  • Work one-on-one with participants to understand their goals, address barriers, and develop employment pathways.
  • Match participants to suitable roles and support them through recruitment, placement, and post-placement care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue job opportunities that align with participants' goals and aspirations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local employers to build trust and secure job placements.
  • Support participants through the recruitment process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and job placement.

  • Proven track record of success in employment services, recruitment, training, or community services.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
