Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Procure and receive inventory for the workshop and spare stores, liaising with suppliers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records to support repair activities.
  • Update records in the CMMS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support maintenance and repair efforts by collecting parts from suppliers and collaborating with the reliability team.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including experience with CMMS systems and MS Excel.
  • Possession of LF forklift and Elevated Work Platform (EWP) tickets is essential.
  • Previous maintenance experience in fixed plant and manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively as required.
  • Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures is mandatory.
