Job Opportunity

This role presents a unique chance to make a significant impact by supporting client partners in driving sales initiatives, crafting account strategies, and fostering strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the client partner to develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to their portfolio.
  • Serve as a contact for clients when needed, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and progress against targets, taking proactive measures to address any deviations or obstacles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including client contact information, opportunities, sales activities, and communication history.
  • Contribute to a high-performance environment, acting with clarity on strategy, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Assist the client partner in identifying and developing tailored solutions to address client needs and challenges.
  • Support the delivery of consistently high-quality outputs across client brief responses, including presentations (Google Slides) and client schedules (Google Sheets).

Maintenance of positive relationships and collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, verbal, and written skills are required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, multitask, and manage competing priorities.
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Impeccable time management skills.
  • Adaptability to changing environments, including new selling solutions, products, and ways of working.

Previous media experience is desirable. Experience in Salesforce is also desirable but not mandatory.
