About the Role

Ceva Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our internal talent acquisition team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating our labour hire casual conversion process, preparing and processing new hire employment contracts, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment Coordination: Facilitate pre-hire checks, prepare and issue new hire employment contracts, and coordinate new hire onboarding.
  2. Administrative Support: Process Talent Acquisition and HR team invoices, and provide general administrative support to the team.
  3. Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, conduct initial phone interviews, and provide a shortlist of promising candidates to recruiters.
  4. Interview Scheduling: Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews, ensuring all parties are informed of the timing and format.
  5. Background Checks: Facilitate background checks and other pre-employment screening processes to verify candidate qualifications and suitability for employment.
  6. Recruitment Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and candidate records in CEVA HR systems, ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.
Requirements
  1. Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in recruitment and/or administrative roles, preferably in an internal human resources function or external recruitment agency.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, WorkDay) and Microsoft Office.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams.
  4. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling candidate information and following up on various stages of the recruitment process.
