**Heavy Diesel Technician Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Diesel Technician to join our team at Emeco, a leading provider of heavy earthmoving equipment solutions.

As a Heavy Diesel Technician with Emeco, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and optimization of our heavy earthmoving fleet. This includes providing support to our rental fleet as required, working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures, and ensuring all maintenance and optimization targets are met on time and within budget.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Full working rights within Australia
  • Proven post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment, including Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi
  • Recognized National Heavy Diesel Mechanic/Fitter Trade Qualification
  • High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
  • Strong analytical mindset and solution-focused attitude
  • Current Australian Driver's License (HR preferred)
  • High-risk license (preferred) but we also offer in-house training

**What We Offer:**

  • Casual rates up to $83.25 or full-time $70.00 (base + allowances)
  • 2/2 or 2/1 FIFO roster direct from Busselton
