Revenue Systems Analyst

This is a challenging role for an experienced professional in revenue systems analysis.

  • Design, develop and maintain the billing system to capture revenue items pertaining to airline catering and cabin cleaning requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create new billing systems.
  • Verify that airline catering price changes are accurately reflected in our billing system.
  • Incorporate airline's in-house billing systems into dnata Catering's invoicing process.
  • Produce reports from collected revenue data.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable (AR) in weekly and monthly invoicing tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Master invoice files detailing current pricing on all items related to airline catering.
  • Analyse aspects of in-flight catering revenue streams.
  • Communicate regularly with Unit Managers, Customer Service Managers, and Executive Chefs on audits.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.
  • Advanced Excel modelling skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills with advanced level in ACCESS.
  • Previous Power BI and JDEdwards experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
