Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, attentive service and handle food and beverage orders efficiently.
  • Bring our menu and specials to life with your in-depth knowledge and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure stock levels are ready for each shift to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Set up and pack down our restaurants, bars, and event spaces, showcasing your ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
  • Responsibly serve alcohol and follow food safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for our guests and staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all spaces, upholding our commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team, prioritize health and safety, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, high-volume environment with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in cocktails, à la carte dining, or events is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with a willingness to learn and adapt to different schedules.
