Delivering Excellent Customer Experiences

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders safely and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to navigate through busy streets and suburban roads to deliver customer orders to their homes during the day or night.

Key aspects of this role include:

  1. Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery
  2. Navigating through diverse terrains using your own vehicle, adhering to traffic rules and regulations
  3. Providing exceptional customer service by being courteous, responsive, and adaptable to changing circumstances

This position requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results while maintaining a safe working environment. To succeed in this role, you must possess an Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record. Additionally, you should be physically fit, able to lift and carry groceries from the van to your delivery points, which may involve stairs.

Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, is also required.
