Service Supervisor – Dry Fire Specialist

At Wormald, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Supervisor to join our Dry Fire team.
This role will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers, including repairs, upgrades, and maintenance of essential Fire Electrical systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising Dry Fire Systems works, strong attention to detail, and exceptional organisational skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing operations in accordance with site requirements and contributing to client contract meetings and actions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and serving as their primary point of contact for all fire safety needs.
- Job management process including all service and repair activities.
- Leading, mentoring, training, and supervising a team of Fire Alarm Technicians and ensuring consistency of processes and procedures.
- Accountable for the leadership, safety, and performance of the designated team.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with supervising Dry Fire Systems works.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Sound knowledge across relevant building codes and Australian Standards.
- Strong people management skills, including an ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
- Strong computer and communication skills, with previous Pronto Experience highly regarded.
- Experience with monthly forecasting and reporting.
- Electrical Trade or FPAA Fire Detection qualifications.
- Australian drivers' licence.
