Wormald is seeking a skilled Fire Safety Training Specialist to join our team in Homebush West, NSW. As a Fire Safety Training Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating external client and internal staff training, designing and producing Emergency Response Procedures for clients, and providing technical assistance and consultation with regards to fire safety standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, have delivered training courses previously, and have strong computer literacy in MS Word and PowerPoint and Outlook. Current experience in the fire industry, emergency services, and/or WH&S is a prerequisite for this role.

This position will require the successful applicant to be available occasionally to perform training on evenings and weekends in line with our customer requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating external client and internal staff training
  • Designing and producing Emergency Response Procedures for clients
  • Providing technical assistance and consultation with regards to fire safety standards
  • Producing and maintaining training records and reports

Requirements:

  • Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Previous experience in delivering training courses
  • Strong computer literacy in MS Word and PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Current experience in the fire industry, emergency services, and/or WH&S
