Power Systems Leader

We are seeking a senior engineer with solid fundamentals in electrical engineering, strong leadership skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers.

The role involves leading technical teams for the delivery of high-value projects from feasibility to owner's engineer. This includes developing and implementing design solutions for high voltage substations and other related infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams for timely and accurate documentation.
  2. Developing and mentoring junior engineers to enhance their technical expertise and design engineering experience.
  3. Leading larger packages of work and training junior staff.

About you

You should have a strong technical basis in transmission, distribution, or rail traction power, as well as experience working with engineering software and design construction impact. Well-developed interpersonal skills for stakeholder management are also essential.

Preferred skills include:

  1. Understanding of various engineering disciplines and HV/EHV substation design.
  2. Results-oriented approach with a strong technical foundation.
