Opportunities and Responsibilities

As a highly skilled Store Manager at OPSM, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Key responsibilities will include building a customer-centric environment, leading and engaging the team, coaching and inspiring through training, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

  • Build and maintain a strong, motivated team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Retail management experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments is desirable.
  • Optical experience is highly regarded but not essential, as we provide excellent training.
