Dynamic Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Store Manager to lead our team in Corio.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for footwear, leadership skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient store operations to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
  • Motivate your team to achieve optimal results in KPIs & added value targets across stores.
  • Monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets – acknowledging outstanding results and identifying areas of missed opportunity.
