
Homecare Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Homecare Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their individual needs are met while adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, support coordinators, and plan managers. You will also have a strong understanding of funding and budget management, as well as experience in administrative or similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client caseloads and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Develop personalized support plans that meet individual client needs and comply with funding and service plans
- Monitor and review client outcomes, conducting regular document reviews and updates
- Complete all service delivery compliance and reporting requirements, including quoting, service agreements, and funding management
- Maintain and manage funding budgets and supports to meet client needs and ensure effective funding management
- Collaborate with the Recruitment and Rostering teams to onboard and build workforce capacity and capability
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by your manager to ensure divisional success
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in administrative or similar roles
- Passion for establishing a career in Homecare/Aged Care
- Flexible to travel for work purposes
- Current or willingness to obtain Police check within last 6 months
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and Influenza
- Emotionally intelligent and able to empathize with clients and respond to changing needs
- Ability to perform calmly in high-pressure situations
- Determined to exceed targets and execute commercial concepts
