Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated field sales representative to join our merchandising team in the NSW region.

As a key member of our field management team, you will be responsible for calling on retail stores to support customers with product range queries, while maximizing sales opportunities and building quality relationships with store personnel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing stock levels as required
  • Replenishing stock to meet customer demand
  • Reporting missing stock when necessary
  • Tidying up display bays to ensure products are presented neatly according to planogram
  • Taking photos of bays as needed
  • Completing surveys via online reporting software as requested

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in sales and customer service (though not essential, full training will be provided)
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, trustworthiness, and logical thinking
  • A positive and diligent attitude
  • A current driver's license, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone
