This is a casual role available for a Support Worker in our team.
The ideal candidate will be confident in engaging with clients effectively, building positive relationships and supporting their unique needs. They will be resilient and self-assured, able to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Skill requirements include prioritizing tasks, demonstrating problem-solving abilities and being flexible with availability for shift work, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays.
Certification in Disability Support or equivalent is desirable, as well as experience working with high-needs Disability clients.
The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook, and hold a valid Australian Driver's License, Working With Children Check and NSW NDIS Workers Screening Check.
Additional skills such as sewing, knitting or crocheting are also desirable.
