Job Description

As a Receptionist in Radiology, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department. This involves scheduling appointments, managing referrals and patient records, as well as delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process referrals and maintain comprehensive patient records to ensure seamless communication between healthcare professionals.
  • Manage phone, email, and in-person enquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Order and monitor office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Provide reception support to Radiology staff, enhancing the overall patient experience.
  • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to professional standards at all times.
