Part Time Fixed Term – 12 Months (Potential for Extension or Ongoing Placement)

Available Hours: 2, 3 or 5 days per week – negotiable

About The Role

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and friendly Radiology team providing essential imaging services to the Stawell and wider community. As the receptionist/administration clerk, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the department through scheduling appointments, managing referrals and patient records, and delivering excellent customer service.

You'll work alongside experienced staff in a collaborative environment, with on-the-job training provided. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, is highly organised, and values being part of a team that makes a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Process referrals and maintain patient records
• Manage phone, email and in-person enquiries
• Order and monitor office supplies
• Provide reception support to Radiology staff
• Uphold confidentiality and professional standards

Skills & Experience

• Strong admin skills using Microsoft Office
• Confident communicator with a helpful manner
• Professional customer service focus
• Proven ability to work as part of a team
• Adaptable, organised and detail-oriented
