About The Role
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and friendly Radiology team providing essential imaging services to the Stawell and wider community. As the receptionist/administration clerk, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the department through scheduling appointments, managing referrals and patient records, and delivering excellent customer service.
You'll work alongside experienced staff in a collaborative environment, with on-the-job training provided. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, is highly organised, and values being part of a team that makes a difference.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Process referrals and maintain patient records
Manage phone, email and in-person enquiries
Order and monitor office supplies
Provide reception support to Radiology staff
Uphold confidentiality and professional standards
Skills & Experience
Strong admin skills using Microsoft Office
Confident communicator with a helpful manner
Professional customer service focus
Proven ability to work as part of a team
Adaptable, organised and detail-oriented
