We are seeking a qualified and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Therapist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Your primary role will involve hosting group and individual therapy sessions, supporting telehealth assessments and undertaking general care activities as required. You will work closely with allied health professionals to develop and implement resident-centered care plans that promote optimal health and well-being.

About the Role
  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents through therapy sessions, telehealth assessments, and other general care activities
  • Work collaboratively with allied health professionals to develop and implement resident care plans
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress and coordinate care
Requirements
  • Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support or Disability
  • Experience in safe medication administration, best practice wound care, and clinical support for residents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
