Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated workforce planner to join our team. This part-time role is responsible for planning teams, covering roster production, resource allocation, and employee records maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with operational teams to implement optimal resourcing requirements based on customer demands and priority levels.
  • Prepare daily and fortnightly resource allocations, manage incoming calls, determine actions, and process necessary changes.
  • Foster a culture of compliance by adhering to policy, procedures, and protocols that meet legislative, industrial, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee information and records, coordinate employee requests, mobility, training, and documentation completion.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through team meetings, providing advice and support to enhance processes, workflow, and employee experience.
  • Audit rosters regularly to ensure fair, equitable, and compliant practices.
  • Develop reports to analyze key objectives and performance metrics.
