Due to significant growth we are seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to join our energetic, fast paced and highly motivated team.

**About the Role**

Perth based at our Rivervale office, reporting to the Resource Manager, this position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and challenging projects.

- Allocation of resources including personnel, vehicles and equipment for shutdown and project works
- Maintaining schedules, personnel rosters and crew database
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding work schedules and manning requirements
- Review and submit estimates /quotes as per client requests
- Liaise with vendors and raise POs and work orders
- Tracking and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Ad hoc support tasks as directed by the Resource Manager

**About You**

Previous experience gained in a Workforce Planner role within the Mining and Resource sector.
- Experience with Primavera P6 project MSP management software or other similar programs
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing quotes /estimates
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and general administration skills across Microsoft
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Team player and capable of working autonomously
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
