Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing clients through proactive advice and referrals.
  • Manage residential and commercial lending application processes from initial inquiry to settlement.
  • Utilize CRM platforms to monitor client interactions, inquiries, and application progress.
  • Present tailored lending strategies to clients based on their individual needs.
  • Nurture and grow a network of internal and external contacts to facilitate referrals and business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory and compliance legislation.

Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in Business Banking is highly beneficial.
  • Strong passion for property, finance, and building relationships.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
