Mortgage Financing Specialist

About the Role:

This well-established finance brokerage offers customized solutions to assist clients in achieving their financial goals.

Known for their strong lender partnerships and proactive service approach, they deliver tailored, client-focused solutions that yield real results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of residential and commercial clientele.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and qualified inbound leads.
  • Conduct calls with clients to understand their lending requirements and financial needs.
  • Work closely with lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and real estate agencies.
  • Deliver client solutions, loan strategies, and ongoing financial advice.
Key Requirements:
  • A proven track record in mortgage broking or loan writing.
  • Cert IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
  • Strong lending knowledge and an existing client base highly regarded.
  • Polished communication, broking, and client solutions skills.
  • Proactive and confident in building new client relationships.
