Job Purpose:- Elevate revenue growth by expertly managing client relationships and optimizing performance metrics.
- Ensure seamless credit processing and prompt resolution of overdue accounts, mitigating risks and preventing Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).
- Provide timely customer insights to internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and informed decision-making.
- Cultivate and maintain a high-value client base through proactive support, strategic identification, and effective solicitation efforts.
- Proactively monitor and manage a portfolio of Small Medium Enterprises (SME) accounts, ensuring optimal status and minimizing credit risk.
- Streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction by coordinating with branches and head office departments.
- Act as a backup Compliance Coordinator, assuming responsibilities under regulatory guidelines and the company's Anti-Money Laundering policies.
- Support Operational Risk Management activities, championing best practices and collaborating with Group Operational Risk Management.
- Report operational defects and near misses in a timely manner, utilizing Loss Event Database tools.
- Apply Operational Risk (OR) tools, such as Risk Control Self-Assessment, Key Control Standard, Key Risk Indicators, and Scenario Analysis, to mitigate risk exposure.
- Assume additional responsibilities assigned by immediate superiors as needed.
- Act as a backup BCP/DRP Coordinator for Business Contingency Planning.
- Possess a degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrate expertise in marketing and credit processing.
- Exhibit strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrate excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Display comprehensive knowledge of bank operations, products, and credit management.
- Stay up-to-date with SME industry trends, policies, and challenges.
- Show basic business acumen and industry knowledge.
