Job Overview

The purpose of this role is to develop and implement effective strategies to build long-term relationships with customers.


This involves professional field sales, high-level customer consultation, and providing efficient solutions and technical support to customers in a defined territory within the target industry.


The job holder needs to work closely with multiple departments, liaise with representatives, and represent the company in the best possible manner.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop existing as well as establish new customer relationships.
  • Provide efficient solutions and technical support on building sites backed by innovative products and services.
  • Introduce new products and represent the company in the market place.
  • Promote and demonstrate products and solutions using a fully equipped, branded vehicle.
  • Exceed targets and maximize profitable growth in the region.
  • Manage financial resources allocated to employees and the team.
  • Grow focus customer base within a defined territory through outside, business-to-business, face-to-face sales.
  • Develop business plans to effectively maintain and grow focus customer sales.
  • Leverage multiple sales channels to maximize territory revenue.
  • Accurately record customer history and provide detailed knowledge about the account base.
  • Work on jobsites and identify key roles on the project, their responsibilities, and needs.
  • Read and understand construction documents at a relevant level.
