Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a senior role within our commercial lending team. The successful candidate will have experience in business development, relationship management, and customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and pipeline activity.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client functions as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial lending experience
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Risk management and analytical skills
  • A results-driven approach to sales and business development
