We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team. As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide high-quality assistance, support, and direct care to residents in our residential aged care facility.

Maintain an awareness of risks related to residents while providing personal care. Monitor the resident's well-being and report any changes, such as pain levels, cognitive state, skin condition, resistance to care, aggression, or emotional, spiritual, and social concerns, to nursing staff.

About You

You are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our ageing residents and possess compassion and integrity as well as strong organisational and time management skills. The ability to work with a diverse range of people, have strong communication skills (personal and written), and commit to working either afternoons or nights is essential.

A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months experience in acute or aged care, is required.
