This role requires an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to delivering top-notch legal services in workplace relations, employment, and safety.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting, reviewing, and advising on employment contracts, policies, and procedures. They will also provide strategic advice on workplace issues such as performance management, grievances, and terminations.
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures;
- Advising on complex industrial relations and enterprise bargaining negotiations;
- Providing strategic advice on workplace issues such as performance management, grievances, and terminations;
- Interpreting legislation including the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and associated regulations;
- Running and supporting litigation matters involving unfair dismissal, general protections, and contractual disputes;
- Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers within the team.
