Home Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our care workforce, you will play a vital role in enabling older people to live well in the comfort of their own homes.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support and assistance to our clients, empowering them to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest.

The role involves:

  • Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
  • Carrying out household tasks including cleaning and laundry
  • Preparing meals
  • Providing respite for carers
  • Transporting clients to and from appointments and shopping
  • Offering social support and companionship
  • Assisting with complex care needs

To succeed in this position, you will need to be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and possess a caring and empathetic nature.
