Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

Cultivate business growth opportunities and establish lasting relationships with key stakeholders to drive strategic development across the industry.

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on new markets, expanding our presence through strategic partnerships, and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to expand our reach and deepen customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive business results.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Support the development and implementation of business plans and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Additional duties as required from time to time as per business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within Electrical, Wholesale, Construction, or related technical industries.
  • Strong industry knowledge, communication skills, and ability to foster lasting client relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through strategic thinking and effective project management.
  • Excellent organisational, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Must hold a current valid driver's license.
