Job Description

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for multiple projects from start to finish. You will work closely with Project and Account Managers to recruit a wide range of roles for high-profile clients and projects.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify talent acquisition needs and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Source, select, and manage IT professionals throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with all departments/states to requisition employees following established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain personnel files, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.

You will also assist the HR Director with annual HR training and activities, including performance management, remuneration initiatives, and employee benefits/engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in IT/recruitment/Human Resources (ideally with at least one year's experience in IT recruitment).
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner with key managers across the business.
  • A high degree of attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, negotiate, and encourage others.
