Job Description


We are seeking a Graduate Recruiter to join our team in Adelaide. As a Graduate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for our clients. You will work closely with our senior team members to provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience in an HR Administration or Recruitment Assistant role. You will also have:



  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of recruitment processes with a strong focus on HR and Customer Service;
  • Strong service focus and commitment to an exemplary customer experience;
  • Ability to build rapport and understand the needs of our clients;
  • High level of attention to detail and computer literacy;
  • Ability to manage competing demands and priorities and a proactive approach to work.
