At Zone IT Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Account Manager to drive business growth through exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Source, screen, and select high-quality candidates through various channels to meet current and future job openings.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability for specific roles.
  • Coordinate with clients and candidates to schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to advise clients on effective recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in account management or recruitment within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • A self-motivated and result-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
