Job Title:

Production Operations Specialist

This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality print services within an organisation.

You will oversee and administer the print management system, leveraging your expertise in wide format and short format printing to produce efficient and fit-for-purpose products for stakeholders.

The successful candidate will provide technical advice on printing and file preparation, liaise with internal clients, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in print processes.

In addition, you will provide training and guidance to other staff on the use of the print management system and best practices in print file preparation and workflow management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have experience overseeing or configuring print management systems
  • Should have an understanding of wide format and short format printing workflows
  • Should have an eye for detail to identify and resolve print file issues
  • Must be able to effectively liaise with customers to clarify requirements and manage expectations
  • Must be able to deliver training and guidance to staff on print processes and systems
  • Must work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating initiative and accountability

Eligibility:

The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at Baseline Vetting level.
