We're seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to elevate our brand's visual identity across all touchpoints.

This role requires someone who thrives on creativity, collaboration and delivering work that's both beautifully designed and commercially impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of global campaigns and promotions, ensuring all creative outputs are polished, consistent and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Design high-quality, innovative and market-leading visuals across all channels (digital, social, print) with a focus on enhancing digital presence.
  • Craft innovative creative solutions to enhance brand engagement and continually improve July's visual identity.
  • Collaborate with the product team to design packaging that adheres to brand aesthetics while delivering a strong market impact.
  • Assist with additional design projects as required, ensuring workload deadlines are met and standards are maintained.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in graphic design, either in-house or agency.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand and campaign work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design software.
  • Video editing and motion skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) highly regarded.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • Collaborative, proactive and passionate about delivering design that makes an impact.
  • Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience).
